International biker club with a 49-year history "Blue Knights" opened in Khmelnytskyi in 2019. The peculiarity of the club is that it unites not just bikers, but representatives of law enforcement agencies from all over the world. On the basis of the club, it was decided to create the "Knights of Good" Charitable Organization. The direction of activity was to help forcibly displaced people, as well as support wounded defenders, support their physical and psychological rehabilitation, as well as delivery of necessary medicines and medical equipment. The members of the club already had the experience of charitable activities: since the beginning of the COVID-19 epidemic, bikers have been helping large families with food and medicine. At present, volunteers who help in the work with internally displaced persons have joined the charitable activities.

The "Knights of Good" Charitable Foundation cooperates with other foundations and volunteer organizations in providing assistance to both IDPs and military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, DPSU. National Guard and other military formations.
